Word not giving me the option to "add to dictionary"?

Truly recently un-installed and reinstalled everything on our computer.Since then, I’ve not necessarily had an opportunity to add a word into the dictionary.I’ve checked that the dictionary is determined to customized (I just have one customized option that is ticked) and it is set to any or all languages.I cannot find anything that could permit me to add to the dictionary.Any tips It’s Phrase 2003 in case that helps in the least.
