Windows XP is not asking for username and password on startup?

That morning, my personal Dell Latitude E6500 had been frozen/hanged hence I made it shutdown by way of pressing the shutdown button for in relation to 5 mere seconds, (I perform same when freezes.)
After it was before completely shutdown, I pressed the beginning button plus its normal identical to before and not asking for username and also password, I mean logon screen is not really appearing.
So my own computer security is at risk
Can any individual help tips on how to appear in which logon screen

theres numerous ways a password could be put around in bios or in your windows program what happend them deleted a person’s password just put a different password in it and it will show tv screen again intended for windows.The bios about password ya can perform it also it will request everytime comp will be started method do bios assume is by means of pressing delete as it starts up and bios filter will look dont transform nothing within there seeing that its that bios method ok only do the actual password generally there if its only 1 person using it if certainly not dont accomplish the bios password ok.Theres 3 different passwords I do think in bios undecided ya can invest ok.
