Windows 7- how do I change the background of folders?

Hello there there

This hub features just experienced Windows 7 installed about his computer system.He aren’t able to see well with white backgrounds for the folders and needs to darken/ adjust them.
Can any one please supply me a good idiots bit by bit guide on the way to change it He says it’s not possible…I claim if possibly in EXPERIENCE, it Need to be possible with Windows 8.
Please mean it out personally like you’re thinking about your unique computer now!
