Personally when i wouldnt danger it.Nearly all equipment gets it is power coming from 12v.PSUs like that with many of their power available at 3.3 and 5v show a very old inexpensive design.I’m sure this device would fail should you tried to draw in excess of about 200w from that and this card could easily get you in close proximity to drawing that much some instances.
