Why won’t my Mac shut down?

WHEN I opened Firefox it’s true its frostbite.I tried using to drive quit the item, but right now an notify box is actually open that says “Would you enjoy Firefox to save your page for that next time you open” just in case I select “yes”, “no”, and also “cancel”, nothing works.The common box won’t nearby, and MY PARTNER AND I can/t click on anything otherwise on Firefox.The specifications at the top end of that screen are also gone.MY SPOUSE AND I tried fit my computer system to rest, and re-logged throughout, but it is still the identical.I aren’t able to restart or de-activate my computer system.Help you need to!

6.i have no idea about mac but within windows we all restart(if reactivate work) head to safe manner ot past known good configuration
if restart doesnt work forcefully closed it down by pushing the switch for 10 seconds
