Why i cant open my message on facebook ?

WHEN I cant wide open my information, this is essential to myself.Because i do think there’s someone(friend ) giving message in my opinion.When i mouse click on message, it will appear “unexpected malfunction, something went wrong…bla bla bla..”
You need to help us..

it could happen for about one week then it’ll return to normal

it Should that to my advice sometimes only refresh it and you also should be able to open the message in case it doesint try again later on.
