Why does my computer only start in vga mode and safe mode?

Concerning a hp .p .pavilion mx704 monitor along with a hp pavilion t640a pc also it only begins in vga as well as safe function its also been about per annum and i have no idea why so when i aim to start my computer inside normal method my keep an eye on turns out of and at times it stuffs way up in safe and sound mode provides green plus colorful lines to the screen and ill should restart it

There’s a problem with a person’s video card in that case…while on safe setting..try and find out if u gets online…if without a doubt then download the right drivers to your video card…uninstall and also reinstall vid greeting card drivers…

Or else connected for the internet..get through to another computer which has internet association…download ideal drivers then have it on any USB adobe flash drive…exchange it and then do that uninstall/reinstall vid cartomancy drivers…
