Why cant i open a document file normally that was created using Windows XP…using Windows 7.on Word pad ?

when try and opend view the insurance policy..it shows numerous symbols as well as lines…cuts.etc…plus doesnt exhibit it usually.

why are these claims and in the event that have downloaded open company..should i have the capacity to open the idea normally then how do do this kind of or switch to the current as whenever try to open this..it merely shows designs only.

You’re probably not using a compatible plan.You cannot do things just like open Microsoft Word paperwork on Wordpad or Notepad.Try a further word processor including free LibreOffice or even Microsoft Company, and the idea should work fine.

its another type of format, this means you cant open it upon there.
