Where is APA Format on Microsoft Office 2010?

I bought Ms Office THE YEAR OF 2010 because someone told me it includes built-in APA File format Software.I’ve explored everywhere for this but cannot find this.She stated it’s below ‘style’ and I viewed there yet still can’t find them.If anyone available can help me locate it I’ll be for a long time grateful.
