This seems like WAY too much stuff to be going on, but I don’t want to mess anything up by disabling something that needs to be enabled.Which ones can I disable safely?

use this to figure out what is heavy ram use
http://uniblue-processscanner.software.informer.com/ keep in mind whatever you dont use all the time like open office and hp imaging they willstill work when click on icon windows defenders software explorer will only prevent activation on start up

You’d know what programs you need or use better than us.

Best bet is to do a google search on Windows startup programs for a synopsis, or to go to system tools or administration and I think services, and there’s descriptions there too.

I’d definitely say you don’t need msn messenger period.

Everything except the following :

avgnt

In other words the only one needed is your antivirus. The rest can be accessed later IF you want them.

Keep igfxtray, igfxpers and avgnt…..dump all the rest.
