What is going to my LCD monitor?

All right, my ViewSonic LCD check has attended wrong.The complete screen is full of vertical bright lines (lines usually are not moving).I’m very sure how the problem is not come out of my image card or maybe something inside my system board.And that white outlines only show up for partners seconds, regarding 2-3 minutes, and an entire screen should go black following this.

Anyone know are usually problem come from Allowing it to I fix this concern by personally or I want to get it for you to ViewSonic adviser for restoration.
