URGENT HELP WITH LAPTOP PLZ HELP FIRST ANSWER 10P!!!!?

Okay so we are currently on my brothers laptop since mine went AWOL so so my partner and i started last night them just halted responding thus i somehow managed to be able to shut it down(it has been making unusual noises in addition to shiz) after which i tried again currently (7 times) for getting it to go back to normal that keeps allowing me not one but two options any:start the reboot programme (which i’ve tried several times a day and when it results sayin windoes reboot includes failed or something similar to that) in addition to b:start microsoft windows normally (which we have also tried and it also ends upwards just blacking out the display screen each time) my partner and i dont know how to handle it and dont no whats causing this all i know is i require it functioning PRONTO make sure you help you should please you should:( xxxxxxx
