I will be using a PC having XP in it.I start using a Belkin USB blue tooth device to connect to world wide web.For a few reason the item says minimal or not any connectivity even though signal strength says ‘excellent’.It truly is even struggling to repair itself.I find a light around the device.MY PARTNER AND I dont possess much know-how on pc’s so will appreciate every help.Thanks.
