Trouble with "send to -> Bluetooth device"?

Hi
I have a “Dell Latitude E6400” laptop computer.
Rrecently Truly installed Microsoft windows 7 about it.Although I’m obtaining problem by using sending document via bluetooth.
Before installing the modern win7, whenever I needed to give a archive via bluetooth, i’d personally do this particular:right mouse click on the track, then pick out “Send to” after which click in “bluetooth device”.
now once i do that when “Bluetooth archive transfer” dialouge comes it does not search with regard to available equipment.
But I’ll send file by doing this:on the particular task club, right mouse click on “Bluetooth Devices” and then choose “Send any file”.and from now on when a new “Bluetooth report transfer” dialouge comes it exhibits available gadgets.(By this Get real my people are installed and my bluetooth apparatus is healthy).

Can any individual tell me is there much problem How one can fix it
