Sum Column Based on Cell Value?

I will be trying to feature one involving multiple content of data dependant on the benefit of you cell.As an example A1 for you to A10, B1 to help B10, C1 to help C10, D1 that will D10 plus E1 that will E10 many have numeric data and I want to add one of many columns associated with data dependant on the cost of F1 along with place the outcome in F2.
