Sony Vegas 10 Trouble?

Hey, Ive just got Sony Vegas TEN, but next time i open it up and its loading, it obtains stuck upon ‘Initializing DirectX Plug-ins’ but it wont budge whatso ever before, ive tried uninstalling the idea and re-installing nonetheless that doesnt help,
Can anybody help me using this i really need to use this program.
