Snow Leopard CPU Drop-in DVD (most likely a newb question)?

So I simply got a sweet deal over a used iMac and just fitted the Put in DVD (Version 12.5.6) that came with it.I then loaded up the extra apps in the Application Install DVD.I and then noticed that i also have a disc which has a picture on the leopard, branded “Mac OS IN THIS HANDSET X Snowfall Leopard CPU Drop-in DIGITAL VIDEO DISC (Version 10.6).Feel I very good just replacing this 15.5.6 towards latest version through software program update What’s the purpose of this Drop-in DVD

Its simply a Mac which was from surrounding the time Environments Leopard came out and them didn’t acquire preinstalled…

I’d suggest while using software redesign and getting 10.A FEW.6 about 10.A FEW.8 (newest) by using all sections before improving, but theoretically, it is fine fine just carrying out a normal improve even not having doing which first.

Use the 10.6 disc and upgrade.Software Redesign will merely take you 10.A FEW.8.
