Serious monitor problems?

so So relating to night unrestricted internet ideas.so i used to start downloading something then switched off the monitor just to save energy.

but recently when i do this and occur after 1 hour to notice download advance, the watch wont medical again!! the tiny greenish yellow light to the monitor blinks…the CPU supporter rotates….then we press the power button throughout CPU and force shut down and then restart…may anyone help me pls

oh yea and yea recently this screen is usually vibrating…somewhat but yes.pls assist.

U should get hold of a new lcd which usually u might got beetels little lcd in mere 3900.Firsly show ur desktop to shady mechanic to knw this fault in the event the fault within mniter then u hav to obtain new1.
