Secret Computer Virus Help!!!!!?

This computer is definitely writing w, your, s, d, e words randomly next time i right simply click my mouse.I tested out to scan herpes but Nod32 would not found everything.I taken off my keyboard and tried this again nevertheless it still writing there’s nothing wrong along with my keyboard.PLZ GUIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i tried avast, malvarebytes, nod32, super plus some other courses but coulndt remedy anything virus continues to be in this computer and never go at a distance:(
