Restoring Icon Cache in Windows 7?

Each one of my symbols are corrupt and show like write off white written documents.I’ve attempted rebuilding that icon cache, but when i type inside DEL IconCache.db /a, it says ‘access denied’.
I’ve had to rebuild my Icon Cache when before, and I am unsure with why it isn’t working now.

Does anybody know how to fix this

When anyone hit the start orb or even button and type “cmd” in to the search field, when cmd.exe happens right select it along with choose “run while administrator” and decide if that will permit you admittance.

If that does be right for you then it’s possible another program like Glass windows Explorer will be open and thinking about that file so you can’t delete it until finally you close up Windows Explorer.

SO.What occurs you right click on that file from Home windows Explorer Maybe there are a few file houses that need to be changed.

Also, are you sure that no different programs are using that record besides Windows Explorer.
