Restored pc and screen zoomed in?

POST restored my personal dell laptop or computer but now the display screen is zoomed inside and choosing control solar panel and hitting screen file size isnt performing it.I are not able to slide your resolution bar precisely as it is to the left edge and about 640 by 480.It’s not at all the keep an eye on as we have connected the actual hdd to help my tv which is still zoomed around.please help
