Resize all layers in Adobe After Effects CS5?

Truly just concluded editing a new video at adobe after effects, and when i realized i achieved it to huge, so today its truly pixelated.I have about 16 layers, and i need too resize all those meals at one time.I tried using selecting all those meals and resizing, but it only resizes the best one.I’ve as well tried make null, in that case parenting this too all layers, and also resizing.But after i parent it with a new stratum, it unparents it into the layer when i parented it to just before.Please support, i will need this urgently.

Select layers you would like to simultaneously size, than push layer-Pre-compose or maybe shortcut ctrl+shift+c this way all preferred layers are going to be in you unity, just push at this new makeup and re-size because you wish.
Expectation this made it easier for.
