Reset bios, computer boot problem?

Patient using my personal hp pavilion to get over 3 years now in addition to suddenly We have had this challenge.Very harmful.

I cannot boot up- MY SPOUSE AND I can’t even reach the bios kick out screen (hp invent logo)
