Problem removing WhiteSmoke trial program?

Attempting to remove WhiteSmoke sample program because it may not be good.I get malfunction message:”Error Establishing CheckLockedWSFiles” We’ve tried removing this software using that Program’s Uninstall fucntion and even going towards the Control Solar panel in Vista.Each provides up the same error communication.I tried planning to WhiteSmoke but they were useless.These people had us download Superwin software removal software.That may not remove this either.Any help is appreciated.

That will uninstall WhiteSmoke, close most MS Word and Perspective windows on your desktop.Go towards Start, Surroundings, Control Solar panel.Click upon Add/Remove Plans.Choose WhiteSmoke through the list, plus click Remove.This will probably uninstall this software and many its components.Then check out your D drive, open Program Data files, open the WhiteSmoke folder, and delete each of the files in such a folder.To get rid of the WhiteSmoke icon from MS Word, right-click about the toolbar inside MS Expression, left-click in Customize, check out WhiteSmoke as well as choose remove.
