Pentium d e2220 vcore?

i really believe my cpu just isn’t getting sufficient vcore voltage, first i would prefer to know what is the normal vcore for it, i tested it inside bios sufficient reason for cpu z, it claimed 1.05v but it dropps down to 1 after i am within game.listed below are the specs and stuffs we’ve in pc

psu- 500w
cpu- pentium ve had e2220
ram- 3 gb (dual channel)
investment fan to get cpu in addition to case fan
1x pci slot modem
1x pci sound blaster xifi (sound card)
pcix16 gfx — radeon harley-davidson 5670
mobo- ecs-g31 mt v SEVEN.0

when i had been in that shop shopping for gfx unit card they said it will be fine by using 500w psu..but once i am within heavy game or carry out some multitasking things, my desktop freezes after which restarts, the particular dvd push ejects quite slowly.

any suggessions as well as possibility how to fix the item i dug around my personal bios but i realize it dosent have got option to improve vcore ):
