OUTLOOK mail, but there is no

OUTLOOK all folders full of air, can receive mail inbox shows received 39 letters recipient electric shock inside me there is no mail, and then the recipient boxes are empty, but inside there's 2.8G mail Documents.2 on the e-mail to other machines can not.
