Other than Photoshop, what is a free program that I can download to create some artwork?

GIMP, Paint.net, Serif Pull Plus Starter Edition, PhotoFiltre, Artweaver in addition to Photoscape.For me, I such as the Paint.net….easy to work with.

There is usually some software package called ‘GIMP’ which is apparently not bad considering it can be free.

GIMP is almost the free alternative to popular Photoshop.
