Open and work with .xml file on mac ?

I have recently delivered electronically on my mac the Swedish men and women dictionary (9 mb file), seeing that.xml track, and I actually do not know how to open them:i possess try through excel, and also quite next to nothing happenend, and also after 5 VARIOUS minutes, WHEN I quite together with open workplace.

Needing to use this specific dictionary usually, I ‘m also wanting to know if it exists something like a software-frame to utilize the file in (more “user friendly” as an simple textfile) — on macintosh personal computer (an free shall be an complete!; -) )
