My kodak printer jams whenever i print on 6×4 photo paper?

when ever i aim to print about 6×4 glossy photo papers, my kodak printer jams.all the time.i collection the report up straight and can whatever that manual states, but it still will it.will anyone know why
also, how do i print away from photos about a4 paper do i put this glossy aspect up or perhaps down lengthways or widthways

Settings
Equipment and faxes
Correct click that printer tattoo, and choose printer preferences
Choose Paper/Quality tab
Scroll to size is actually and choose
Scroll along further to type is actually…
Here is where you can scroll towards gloss paper you use.
Place that photo paper towards far correct, with that shiny side down.

Get printer about Windows 7
Start
H .P .Solution center
Click on settings
Click on printer settings
Click on printer cutting corners tab
Within left windows, click photo printing also borderless or maybe with white borders
Click on ok

Add photo paper completely to the correct, with shiny side down

Place it in the printer vertically and utilize the paper manual (Slide)
