My computer freezes and says "Window Internet explorer is not responding" Why is that?

When ever I’m on the web my computer mouse shows an hour glass plus says “Internet Explorer is not really responding” the only real way for getting it to work is merely hit stop then this particular window pops up as well as says “end now” hence I make end now more than once then that closes soon after like lets say 3-5 minutes.After that is definitely finally done this various other screen pops up declaring “Send Miscalculation Report or don’t send” I finish up hitting post then punishing close and then “More Data.” Any individual know whats erroneous with my personal computer WHEN I use Windows Xp (crappy Now i’m aware) Am I screwed A few pointer reformat my own computer Anyone help remember to.Thanks!
