mp3's fault

mp3 connected to the computer, inexplicably nothing, just charging, there was no mobile hard disk.connected to the hard-won, but the state is safe to remove hardware???! ! !
expect expert help! ! ! ! !

I seen such a thing,, mp3 does not work well, in that connection problems – bad data – Jack pine.And so on.
