Localhost not connecting from other device?

Now i am having problems connecting to be able to localhost through another device/smartphone on the same system.I could possibly get to the index as well as explore the particular documents yet only using the IP tackle not http://localhost/example.html code.Also photographs aren’t participating on the pages.I do believe it’s as the image url’s are linked http://localhost/images/example.jpg.Im using apache 2.2.Music playing on interface 80.Thanks ahead of time for every and almost all replies.
