Is there an alternative to deactivating Facebook?

POST don’t want anyone to contact me by Facebook whilst I’m active with our work your next few several weeks, but POST still want to be able to play adventures during my own breaks, and read improvements from pages I “like”.Is there another to deactivating this FB account
