Is it ok to transfer *.doc or txt files into image files or *.jpg’s when they’ll be presented to someone?

I would like some better software regarding my mac where i do not have to cut no paste pics and words and all so it really is basically the picture file

On the Mac, you’ll be able to turn any file proper PDF.

Select File > Print.
Click that PDF button at the lower-left corner with the Print dialg
Choose Spend less As PDF on the pop-up palate.
