Is Intel Xeon X3440, 2.53 GHz compatible with G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-8GBXH DDR3-1600 1.6v?

Okay so I’ve built the computer in addition to its definitely not posting plus I’ve experimented with everything as well as replacing this motherboard.We concept it needed to be the processor which was DOA but while i call intel that will rma following listing off my random access memory type they tell myself its not really compatible, in fact they reported no intel processor works with with my own ram.My own specs are usually as comes after, Motherboard- ASUS P7F&-E WS Supercomputer, Processor- Intel Xeon X3440 3.53 GHz, Ram-(4 branches, 4GB each) G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-8GBXH DDR3-1600 1.6v, Artwork card Nvidia GeForce GTX 570.Please say to me if its true likely not appropriate.Thanks to anyone who seem to helps me keeping this dilemma

That processors storage controller sustains DDR3-800, DDR3-1066 and also DDR3-1333 memory space, not DDR3-1600.
