Installing Ubuntu 11.04, any problems i should expect?

i realize 11.04 is actually new plus perhaps within the slightly unpredictable side, but we thought i might give them a take a PERSONAL COMPUTER i dont use much.
but exist any acknowledged issues when i should expect
