I’m trying to enable the games on windows 7 ultimate, i upgraded from professional.?

i acquired to this programs applications and features while in the control panel
in that case i just click turn functions on or off
in that case i check out the video games check box
and we get an error message sayig ” not the entire features might be enabled”
