I sold an item on Ebay, now buyer is saying they never received item?

Alright so I’m very lost and upset about the transaction WHEN I made at Ebay with a month in the past.Someone bid and won on my auction for just a gift card i mailed for you to them by way of standard white envelope as well as USPS mailbox service, plus I also used two stamps that will insure the idea got now there.The bidder invested in the public sale with PayPal which often cleared while in the first day or two.
