I ran into a virus and it removed most of the programs on my laptop, can I get them back?

While i try to visit icons the idea says “The item ‘______’ this program comes from has been changed or maybe moved, so this kind of shortcut will not work correctly.”

Am i allowed to get any advisors back

Read this specific article…then click on Fix Reg.exe……download to the desktop……close up the cell phone…click for the download…start…then work………should be to normal…………….
