I have a problem in viewing pictures and wallpapers in my pc?

when i click on a photo my laptop or computer stops answering.I dont use a clue whats the issue with this.can somebody please guide me correct this one

May often be a RAM issue, merely open that CPU pantry, uninstall your RAM potato chips, clean that dust by simply rubbing having a cloth, blow air while in the RAM slot on the motherboard to create them wash, then re-install the idea, may be it helpful.
