I downloaded a pdf file but it prints too small? how do i make it fit A4?

WHEN I downloaded this particular file:–

when when i print it is very small inside middle involving A4 with big reject borders.I tried using printer surroundings and made sure they was set for you to A$, also tored the particular adobe setting thus:- page scaling, in shape to printable region.made absolutely no difference.Please can easily someone rescale in addition to send my home it so it will look good on and fill a strong A4 remember to or convey to me how to do them.I have a very Pc not a mac.
