How to unRAR multiple .RAR files?

I have downloaded the file and besides the common rar and also.part01,.part02 and so on., I have a number of.rar’s.

Once i look inside the first rar using 7zip, it pronounces the quality is the entire size on the file, and the packed dimensions is 200MB.

Once i try to be able to unRAR the best file, it efforts to unRAR all those meals but that just replaces your file of every rar using the next a single.
