How to remove the sound of the message??? please help me?

we’ve a samsung corby b3313 design.and my organization is a pre paid user, so when i call i get yourself a message concerning my balance which has a sound, i’d prefer to eliminate that sound, but am not able to do therefore, please assist me

To alter the ringtone belonging to the current user profile,
1.In Selection mode, decide on Settings Phone
profiles.
2.Scroll towards the profile silent/offline
