How to not scan the updated MSE

Mse if only one of the updated scans look like …

If this is your first update after installation it will ask you if you scan your point after the update has on it.But do not know where the future chosen.because you have to open real-time protection it will scan files and remove the virus.

MSE update I have not scanned ah, I update the virus database every day.
