How to delete a Trojan?

WHEN I download a new virus about accident.Norton kept showing up saying this blocked some sort of trojan..It keeps showing up and I checked the details it claims:files:d:\documents and also settings\(my name)\local settings\temp\stb482.tmp\ CREATE.EXE

Install another antivirus known as eset wise security FIVE and perform a diagnostic of pc it will remove most virus, trojanand spyware.

Norton must be okay (none can be perfect though).MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) can be a pretty great utility also.I’d get MBAM, update the two it in addition to norton plus try an entire scan with both.Take note:MBAM can be an on-demand scanner, not a good always-on antivirus.

Norton can be pretty sucky though.You need to download Avast! anti-virus 25 day test.Heaps better.
As well, Spybot Look for & Destroy is great and cutting out internet malware.Freeware (virus free).

If norton explained it plugged the trojan, your components should not have been infected themselves.However, make sure you run the complete scan in your antivirus.
