How good is an HD5670?

can it be a fine upgrade to get my onboard Graphics

core2duo e4500
ONLY TWO Gb good old ram,
160 GB HDD
450W energy supply

$80 budget easily can get something as good as the 5670

what games should i play maximum with it

compared that will onboard graphics this is a pretty good card but i’d suggest ough spend any littlle far more on the HD5770 or a nvidia GTS 350 for not even more u purchase a way far better card.
