How do you make text run across the screen in ebay?

I want some text to perform across that screen throughout ebay.I understand it is actually MARQUEE tag, but POST cannot seem to figure this out.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that is the discontinued tag and several browsers may no more support this, you can certainly try making an super-hero GIF (image) which does a similar thing.
