How do you get more followers on tumblr?

Ive been recently on tumblr for just two days simply no and I do A lot of blogging, but our followers dont really increase D:
so we were wondering if you find anything which could make extra people arrived at my tumblr or even more people comply with me, it’ll be much treasured thankyou! x
