How do I stop my desktop from re-arranging the icons every time I reboot or restart?

Something changed last week ago.After reboot and also startup it once were that the desktop icons would stay the way I have arranged these.My Dell pc now moves all my desktop icons towards the left (and in no distinct order we can see).My business is not responsive to any change I produced.I are unable to even get a control with regard to icons about the desktop.Can there be one
I recently want that icons at my desktop to remain seated where WE put these individuals like they will always did.

right mouse click on an empty part of the desktop computer.select “arrange icons by”, and be sure that the “auto arrange” just isn’t checked

open any file on the main push and Find tools in the bar up
