How do I change layers on gimp?

I’ve truly looked close to answers but I can’t have the information We need!
Learn how to switch cellular levels (from like to two)!

basically grab layer, and drag ” up ” or straight down,
or perhaps select virtually any layer, subsequently use arrows during bottom involving layer pier window,
or perhaps use core menu plus select hose alternatives in Layer> Get > submenu
